What make us unique

Having opened in 2004, Caprese has become the neighborhood family restaurant in Dacula. Specializing in New York style pizza and the best Spinach and Cheese Ravioli in Georgia!


With 35 years of industry experience Abel brings a touch of Italy to north Georgia. “Kuky,” as friends and family call him, first got involved in the pizza business when he first arrived to the USA from Argentina. Working with Italians in New York City, Kuky learned how to speak Italian even before he learned English. In 1979 Kuky opened his first pizza place in Houston,TX and from there he expanded to Harrisonburg, Atlanta, Boston, and Macon. In 2003 he sold the pizza places and was ready to embark on his first full restaurant. Caprese was born in July 2004.

"Excellent Pizza!!

We moved to this area about a year ago & have been trying to find some decent restaurants. We are very picky with pizza & Caprese did not disappoint.

Pizza was EXCELLENT---cooked just right not soggy in the middle, sausage was super great quality ! We will return!"
